The Reactive Manifesto was released 5 years ago, and while many teams and companies have adopted its principles, many are still unsure how to go about the work to implement resilience and elasticity. And how should those individuals interact with other team members to set priorities and drive the implementations? In this talk, I will go through practices I have successfully established and enabled to address these issues, and provide a roadmap for you to do the same.
